Beaches and tourism in the Costa Brava

The Costa Brava is the strip of the Mediterranean Sea that cover the province of Girona. It extends from Portbou, on the French border and borders the Cap de Creus, the westernmost tip of the peninsula, reaching the mouth of the Tordera river, between Blanes and Tordera.

With more than 200 km of coastline and 199 locations between coves and beaches, the Costa Brava hosts natural treasures such as the Cap de Creus or the Illes Medes, which are a protected reserve of maritime fauna.

Its crystal clear waters invite us to submerge along its coarse sandy beaches and visit essential sites, such as Tossa de Mar with its walled enclosure that plunges over the sea, Blanes with its fishing port or Lloret de Mar. Definitely, an authentic tourist destination for a great experience.

Camp Nou Experience

We offer you the opportunity to visit the Camp Nou, one of the best known stadiums in the world with the highest rating granted by FIFA (5 stars) and with a capacity of almost 100,000 spectators.

During the visit you can visit the incredible Barcelona museum where the trophies that Barcelona FC has won throughout its history as well as endless memories are exhibited.

To conclude the visit you can explore the mixed zone, the press room, the booths where the matches are broadcast, the locker rooms, the access tunnel to the field and finally step on the field of this magnificent stadium.

An incredible experience.

Water World Lloret

Lloret de Mar has some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, but if you want something different, you do not need to leave the town. Opened in 1985, Water World Lloret is one of the most popular water parks.

Its attractions are aimed at all audiences: from the quiet jacuzzis, through the wave pools, to the Speed Furious, two 20 meters high "free fall" slides. If you want to challenge your friends, do not miss the opportunity to visit the Speed Slides attraction.

In total more than 20 attractions that are complemented by restaurants and picnic areas, a mini-golf circuit and everything you need to spend a great day with family and friends. The little ones have a reserved space in La Cala del Pirata and in Minidunas where they can find hidden treasures and run slides designed for children.

Tourism in Barcelona and Girona

Thanks to the excellent communications and the privileged location of the hotels where the participants of the Costa Girona Cup stay, we can travel to Barcelona in just over an hour, or to Girona in about 40 minutes.

Barcelona needs no introduction: it is one of the most important and modern cities in the Mediterranean, showing its past with pride. The Modernism of Gaudí with the Sagrada Família as symbol of the city, the old town, the Ramblas... are icons that we can not miss at all.

Girona have one of the most visited (and valued) old towns in the whole territory. It is essential to climb the 90 steps that lead to the Cathedral (staircase that has been one of the locations of the Game of Thrones series!) or get lost in the narrow streets of the Call.
