Eight new sessions to further boost players’ development

Training never stops at the Grogueta Academy. Villarreal CF launches this Sunday the second phase of its 2025–26 Technification Course, a stage designed for young footballers to continue their progress in a high-performance environment guided by a professional training methodology. After the work carried out during the first part of the season, the club once again offers a specialized program focused on enhancing individual talent.

Phase Two includes eight training sessions running from February 1 to May 17, keeping the usual schedule on Sundays at Ciudad Deportiva Pamesa Cerámica, a benchmark venue for elite football development.

Training tailored to every player

The program is open to boys and girls from Pre-Benjamin to Youth (Juvenil) categories, with groups organized according to age, level, and playing position. A specific development line for goalkeepers is also included, with training tasks adapted to their technical and tactical needs.

Sessions will take place every Sunday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the high-performance setting of Ciudad Deportiva Pamesa Cerámica.

Throughout this second phase, training will follow a comprehensive performance approach, combining:

• Improvement of technical skills (first touch, passing, finishing)
• Development of coordination and motor abilities
• Tactical work applied to real game situations
• Positional awareness based on each player’s role
