The acquisition of any of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of any Specific Conditions that may apply to the acquisition of certain services.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice; therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding with the acquisition of any of the services offered.

All notifications and communications between users and CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. will be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.

CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Customers. Therefore, CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Furthermore, CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. reserves the right to withdraw or cease offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the services offered.

Once visiting https://campusytorneos.villarrealcf.es/es/, and to access the contracting of the different services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchasing process, which will imply reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set forth at https://campusytorneos.villarrealcf.es/es/.

PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS

To make any purchase at https://campusytorneos.villarrealcf.es/en/, the customer must be of legal age.

The steps to follow to complete the purchase are:

Payment must be made as indicated in each section of the website.
The contract will be automatically saved upon placing the order.

INVOICING

The customer agrees to receive this invoice electronically. The customer will receive it by email upon placing the order.

PRICES, EXPENSES, AND TAXES

The prices for the services listed on https://campusytorneos.villarrealcf.es/es/ are expressed in euros unless otherwise stated and are guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors and regardless of the destination of the order.

SERVICES

The final prices for all services, along with their features, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the services offered on https://campusytorneos.villarrealcf.es/es/.

The prices for services may change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in effect on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer during the online purchasing process before formalizing their acceptance.

Split Payment with Sequra
We offer split payment options through Sequra, in installments of 3, 4, or 6 months. By selecting this option, the customer must review and accept Sequra's terms and conditions, as the relationship is established directly between Sequra and the customer.

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

As established by law, consumers and users have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without needing to state a reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

This right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

Provision of services already performed or begun.

The withdrawal period for the provision of services is 14 calendar days from the date of the contract. The user must inform CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. of their wish to exercise this right by submitting a request and completing the appropriate form.

If a withdrawal request is made in a timely manner, but the service has already been fully provided or is in the process of being provided (on the same day as the start of the event or service offered), there is no right of withdrawal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this will apply to Article 108.4 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Exercising the right of withdrawal results in the suspension of the service.

CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. will notify the consumer on a durable medium of an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.

Acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal implies that CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. will refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for their payment (provided that the contracted service does not fall within the exceptions indicated above).

Once we acknowledge receipt of your request, we will contact the customer with the details of the refund.

Cancellation Notice:

Cancellations must be notified by email as far in advance as possible to allow other teams and players to occupy the available space.

Refunds and Bonuses:

Teams:

In the event of a cancellation request made more than 90 days before the tournament, a bonus will be offered for the amount paid (registration certificate) for participation in subsequent editions of the same tournament or another tournament organized by this entity.

In the event of a cancellation request made more than 60 days before the tournament, a refund of 80% of the remaining payments made will be offered (excluding the registration certificate).

In the event of a cancellation request made more than 30 days before the tournament, a refund of 40% of the remaining payments made will be offered (excluding the registration certificate).

In the event of a cancellation request made less than 30 days before the tournament, no refund will be offered.

Participants:

Full refunds will only be issued in the event of a long-term injury that affects participation in the tournament, duly certified by hospital admission reports and not a standard medical certificate. This clause will not apply 7 days prior to the provision of the service.

In the event of cancellation for reasons other than those in the previous paragraph, requested more than 30 days prior to the tournament, a refund of 80% of the payments made will be offered.

In the event of cancellation for reasons other than those in the previous paragraph, requested less than 30 days prior to the tournament, a refund of 20% of the payments made or an 80% voucher valid for use in activities organized by Villarreal CF Campus and Tournaments for one year will be offered.

Accompanying Persons:

The cancellation of any accompanying person is subject to the cancellation of the participation of the player or club they are accompanying, under the same terms as those.

Changes and Transfers:

Transfers of registration to other players are permitted.
