The purchase of any of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions indicated herein, without prejudice to the acceptance of any Special Terms and Conditions that may apply to the purchase of specific services.
These General Terms and Conditions may be modified without prior notice; therefore, it is advisable to carefully read their content before purchasing any of the offered services.

CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products and/or services are offered to Clients. Therefore, CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. may add new products and/or services to its current offerings at any time. Likewise, CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue any of its services at any time and without prior notice.

SERVICES
The final prices of all services, along with their features, offers, discounts, etc., are shown for each service offered on https://campusytorneos.villarrealcf.es/es/.
Service prices may change at any time. In this case, the price applied will be the one in effect on the date the order is placed. In any event, the final cost will be communicated to the customer during the online purchase process before they finalize their acceptance.

We offer the option of paying in installments through Sequra, in 3, 4, or 6 monthly installments. When selecting this option, the customer must review and accept Sequra's terms and conditions, as the relationship is established directly between Sequra and the customer.
8. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
As established by law, the consumer and user have the right to withdraw from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to state the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal does not apply, among others:
Provision of services already performed or begun.
The period for withdrawing from the service provision contract is 14 calendar days from the date of the contract's conclusion. The user must inform CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. of their intention to exercise this right, which they may do by requesting and completing the corresponding form.
In the event that a withdrawal request is submitted in a timely manner, but the service has already been fully provided or is in progress (on the same day the event or service is offered), no right of withdrawal will apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this will be in accordance with Article 108.4 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Exercising the right of withdrawal will result in the suspension of the service.
CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. will provide the consumer with an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal on a durable medium.
Acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal implies that CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F. We will process the refund of the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method chosen by the customer (provided the contracted service is not among the exceptions indicated above).
Once we acknowledge receipt of your request, we will contact you with the refund details.

8.1 TOURNAMENTS: VILLARREAL YELLOW CUP EASTER & VILLARREAL YELLOW CUP SUMMER
Cancellation Notification:
Cancellations must be notified by email as far in advance as possible to allow other teams and players to fill the available slot.
Vouchers and Refunds:
Teams:
In the event of a cancellation request made more than 90 days prior to the tournament, a voucher for the amount paid (registration certificate) will be offered for participation in future editions of the same or another tournament organized by this entity.
In the event of a cancellation request made more than 60 days prior to the tournament, an 80% refund of the remaining payments made will be offered (excluding the registration certificate).
In the event of a cancellation request made more than 30 days prior to the tournament, a 40% refund of the remaining payments made will be offered (excluding the registration certificate).
In the event of cancellation requested less than 30 days prior to the tournament, no refund will be offered.
Participants:
A full refund will only be issued in the case of a long-term injury that prevents participation in the tournament, duly documented with hospital admission reports and not a standard medical certificate. This clause will not apply if the cancellation is requested 7 days prior to the tournament.
In the event of cancellation for reasons other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph, requested more than 30 days prior to the tournament, an 80% refund of payments made will be offered.
In the event of cancellation for reasons other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph, requested less than 30 days prior to the tournament, a 20% refund of payments made will be offered, or an 80% voucher valid for use in activities organized by Villarreal CF Campus and Tournaments for one year.
Accompanying Persons:
The cancellation of any accompanying person's registration is contingent upon the cancellation of the participation of the player or club they are accompanying, under the same terms and conditions.
Changes and Transfers:
Registration transfers to other players are permitted.

8.2 CAMPUS
Cancellation Notification:

Vouchers and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the start of the camp:
Option to receive an 80% voucher valid for use on activities organized by Villarreal CF Campus and Tournaments for one year.
Cancellations made between 10 and 3 days before the start of the camp:
Option to receive a 50% voucher valid for use on activities organized by Villarreal CF Campus and Tournaments for one year.
Cancellations made 2 days or less before the start of the camp:
No voucher or refund will be issued.
A refund will only be issued in the case of a long-term injury that prevents participation in the camp, duly documented with hospital admission reports and not a standard medical certificate.
Changes and Transfers:
Transfers of registration to other players are not permitted.

8.3 SELECTION & PRO CAMPUS
Cancellation Notification:
Cancellations must be notified by email as far in advance as possible to allow other teams and players to fill the available slot.
Bonuses and Refunds:
Participants:
A full refund will only be issued in the case of a long-term injury that prevents participation in the activity, duly documented with hospital admission reports and not a standard medical certificate. This clause will not apply if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the service.
In the case of cancellation for reasons other than those mentioned above, requested more than 30 days prior to the start of the activity, an 80% refund of payments made will be offered.
In the event of cancellation for reasons other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph, requested less than 30 days prior to the activity, a 20% refund of payments made will be offered, or a 50% voucher valid for use in activities organized by Villarreal CF Campus and Tournaments for one year.
The organizer may cancel a participant's registration for the Selection Team if the team in their category is not complete, with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the start of the tournament.
The organizer may cancel a participant's registration for the Selection Team if, at the time of payment, their team is complete according to the ratios for each position established by the organization.
Accompanying Persons:
The cancellation of any accompanying person's registration is contingent upon the cancellation of the participation of the player they are accompanying, under the same terms.
Changes and Transfers:
Registration transfers to other players are permitted.

8.4 TRAINING
Cancellation Notification:
Cancellations must be notified by email as far in advance as possible to allow other teams and players to fill the available slot.
Vouchers and Refunds:
In case of cancellation more than 10 days before the start of the first or second training phase:
Option to receive an 80% voucher valid for use in activities organized by Villarreal CF Campus and Tournaments for one year.
In case of cancellation between 10 and 3 days before the start of the first or second training phase:
Voucher for 50% of the total amount paid.
Withdrawals during training:
You will be entitled to compensation in case of withdrawal due to force majeure, duly documented and notified 7 days in advance of the start of the session.
€20 per unused session.
Compensation will be granted in the event of inability to participate due to a scheduled federated competition, notified at least 7 days prior to the start of the training session and duly documented:
€20 per missed session.
In the event of a long-term injury affecting participation in 6 or more training sessions, duly documented with hospital admission reports (not a standard medical certificate):
A voucher to be used for activities organized by Villarreal CF Campus and Tournaments for one year.
All refunds must be requested via email to campusytorneos@villarrealcf.es, attaching the relevant documentation (medical certificate, certificate from the Football Federation, etc.).
The refund will be processed and issued upon completion of the training phase in which the absence occurred.
Changes and Transfers:

9. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
To file any complaint or claim with CAMPUS Y TORNEOS VILLARREAL C.F., customers should contact the customer service department either by phone at +34 689 752 537 or by email at campusytorneos@villarrealcf.es.
