Alcobendas CF repeats participation in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter.

Soccer, passion and values! The historic Alcobendas CF, a team from the north of Madrid with more than 50 years of history behind them, joins for the second consecutive year the Villarreal Club de Fútbol Easter tournament.

Just 15 km north of Madrid and with more than 120,000 inhabitants is Alcobendas, a municipality that lives soccer in a different way. The history of Alcobendas CF began in 1970 with the aim of making the beautiful game a tool to promote and develop values within society.

The Madrid-based team is a benchmark in the formation of talent and the building of people through respect, humility, tolerance, fair play, companionship and friendship, among others. The mission of the Alcobendas club is that soccer is a key for the boys and girls of the municipality to grow personally and soccer hand in hand with highly qualified coaches.

Alcobendas CF's youth academy is its greatest treasure. Players such as Mario Suárez, who started kicking a ball for the first time in the green jersey and later triumphed in Spanish soccer playing for teams such as Valencia CF, RCD Mallorca or Atlético de Madrid. The youth categories are a reflection of the entity, a project that, from the illusion and enthusiasm, has been consolidated by its identity, personal treatment and way of working.

The Madrid club will transfer all this to Vila-real, where last year they already set the bar very high by becoming runners-up in the children's category of the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter. Will the Alcobendas players be able to win the title?
