The time has come! The Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter kicked off today at its 10 venues after yesterday's grand opening party at the Estadio de la Cerámica, where players, supporters and all soccer lovers enjoyed an atmosphere of celebration and excitement in which the players of the 228 invited teams paraded across the grass of the home of the Yellow Submarine.

The first matches of the 2025 edition started this Friday at 09:00h simultaneously in all the fields: Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza, Ciudad Deportiva Pamesa Cerámica, CEM Pau Francisco Torres, CM Torre San Vicente, CM La Carrerassa, CF Intursport, CM Jose Manuel Pesudo, CM Les Boqueres, CM Fundación Flors and CM Les Alqueries. The day concluded with the matches played at 20:30h and, after that, the participants of the Easter tournament who acquired the accreditation wristband were able to watch Villarreal B vs Intercity at the Mini Estadi.

This year, Villarreal CF's base soccer tournament has beaten its record of participation, a fact that has been reflected in the atmosphere in all the sports venues. Fathers, mothers, families and hundreds of youngsters enjoyed a sunny day where good vibes, competitiveness and passion for the game took over the show.
