- Check-in at the hotel (confirm arrival time). Delivery of the tournament documentation, accreditation wristbands and official Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter gift.
- 19:00h: Meeting of the participating teams at the Estadio de la Cerámica square.
- 19:00h: Celebration of the exclusive cocktail for accompanying persons*. In the Estadio de la Cerámica Box (Gate 12).
- 19:30h to 20:30h: Grand opening party at the Estadio de la Cerámica with the parade of all participating teams and medal ceremony. Free admission.
FRIDAY, 3th April
- Start of the competition. In the morning or in the afternoon (Group stage).
- Tour to the Estadio de la Cerámica. For players, technical staff, accompanying persons* (Confirmation of the chosen timetable with the tournament staff, Friday or Saturday).
SATURDAY, 4th April
- Qualifying day. In the morning or afternoon (Gold, Silver and Bronze phase).
- Tour to the Estadio de la Cerámica. For players, technical staff, accompanying persons* (Confirmation of the chosen timetable with the tournament staff, Friday or Saturday).
- 21:30h: Leaders dinner* at the Estadio de la Cerámica to promote the good atmosphere of the tournament (Confirmation of attendance to the tournament staff on Thursday 17th April). *Maximum 2 coordinators / coaches per club.
SUNDAY, 5th April
- Hotel check-out. Before 10:00h.
- Final day (semi-finals and finals).
- 13:00h: Closing ceremony with presentation of trophies to the champions, runners-up, Pichichi trophy and MVP trophy of all categories.
