Two weeks of training, from 11th to 15th and 18th to 22nd August, will conclude with the Submarine Cup in Wenzhou.

Villarreal CF continues to expand its horizons and, this August, will take its coaching methodology to the Chinese city of Wenzhou for the first time. In collaboration with Asia Sport Connection, the 'Yellows' will host two weeks of camps sessions, from 11th to 15th and 18th to 22nd August, offering 100 participants a unique experience based on the values and playing style of the Yellow Submarine.

Split into two groups, young footballers will receive training sessions led by Villarreal CF coaches, who will bring the club’s renowned methodology to China. This initiative is part of Villarreal’s commitment to developing talent and promoting education on a global scale.

To round off the experience, Wenzhou will also host the first-ever Submarine Cup – a U12s (Alevín A) tournament featuring Villarreal’s Alevín A team, who will travel with the official delegation to take part in this landmark competition in the Zhejiang province.

None of this would be possible without the support of Asia Sport Connection, the official partner of the project, whose contribution has been key in making Villarreal CF’s arrival in Wenzhou a reality.

This new initiative marks another important step in the global expansion of Villarreal CF’s  Camps and Tournaments, reinforcing the club’s commitment to sharing the Yellow Submarine’s values and coaching model with young players from around the world.
