Atlético de Madrid’s grit and fighting spirit come to Vila-real this Easter.

Atlético de Madrid bring their commitment to youth football and the values that inspire their anthem – courage, resilience and perseverance – to the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter. Each age group within their academy reflects this philosophy, developing young footballers with both character and international talent.

The Red and Whites will take part in the tournament for the fifth time, returning after making a great impression in last year’s edition.

Recently, Atlético successfully defended their title at the FC Futures International Tournament in Orlando for the second consecutive year, showcasing the strength and potential of their young players.

From 2nd to 5th April 2026, one of Spain’s finest academies will once again take centre stage at the Villarreal Yellow Cup.
