The Emek Hefer women's football club is a role model in the women's football industry in Israel, currently running several football schools in the different cities of the Hefer Valley.
The Hefer Valley's player development programme provides a comprehensive professional staffing that aims to bridge the professional gap between men's and women's football, in line with the standards of women's teams in Europe and the United States.
Since last July, Emek Efer WFC has been the latest official partner to join the Villarreal Academy family. The academy is composed of girls from eight to 19 years old. It is the first academy of its kind in Israel to become a partner of a European club and give Israeli players the opportunity to visit Spain to train and/or play with the Villarreal Women's team.
