From Tajonar, the Rojillo academy returns to Vila-real with Navarrese pride and the challenge of claiming the Submarine trophy.
Tajonar Academy will make its fourth appearance at the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter with the ambition of competing, developing and once again showcasing the distinctive character of Navarrese talent. CA Osasuna will return to Vila-real from 25 to 28 March 2027, bringing an identity that goes beyond results and has made each of their previous appearances a reflection of character, discipline and collective commitment.
More than just a football team will arrive from Pamplona. The Rojillo side represents a way of understanding the game that is deeply rooted in its origins, its people and a region where hard work and perseverance are an essential part of its identity. It is an ethos that the club has passed down through generations at Tajonar, one of the cornerstones of its sporting project and the place where much of Osasuna's future is shaped.
Their work is built around their own development philosophy, the Tajonar Method, which focuses on the all-round development of young footballers. Sporting education goes hand in hand with psychological, emotional, academic and personal development, with the aim of preparing players to compete at the highest level while growing both on and off the pitch. All of this is guided by a philosophy that seeks to preserve the Rojillo DNA and pass it on to every team within the academy.
This identity is also reflected on the pitch. Osasuna's teams are known for their competitive spirit, discipline and determination in every match, qualities that reflect the character of an academy accustomed to high standards and collective commitment. A shared identity among players and coaching staff that makes every tournament an opportunity to showcase the quality of their development programme.
At the Yellow Cup Easter, the Navarrese side are still chasing their first Submarine trophy, but their previous appearances have left a mark that goes far beyond the honours list. Now, as they embark on their fourth campaign, CA Osasuna will return with the challenge of taking another step forward in the competition, testing their talent against some of the finest academies and continuing to represent an identity that never gives up.
Vila-real will once again provide the stage for Tajonar to put the work carried out on the training ground to the test. A new opportunity for the Rojillos to show that, in youth football, competing also means representing a set of values, defending your colours and remaining proud of where you come from. The Submarine remains the target, but Osasuna's character has already shown its ability to leave a lasting impression.
