Laudioko Otsoak dreams of their debut in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter.
Confirmed! The selection of Basque soccer players will play for the first time in the Easter tournament organized by Villarreal Club de Fútbol to be held from April 17 to 20 in one of the best sports facilities nationwide, the Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza.
Laudioko Otsoak is a technification group that was born during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Ayala Valley, a municipality in Álava, northern Spain, with less than 3,000 inhabitants. The entity's mission was to continue to allow the youngest players, who were playing in other teams outside the town, to enjoy soccer when nothing was possible, as the epidemic had slowed down and shut down the lives of millions of people.
The passing of time meant the return to normality and, with it, the return of the boys and girls to their clubs of origin. However, what Laudioko Otsoak managed to form with those youngsters was of such magnitude that many of them decided to continue training and developing in the club, as they had created a big family on and off the field with a deep-rooted identity and values. From that moment on, the Álava entity competes in friendly matches and formative soccer tournaments as a team that brings together players from different teams, but with a great sense of belonging to Laudioko Otsoak.
Soccer does not understand level or names. At the starting whistle all teams have the same possibilities and the same goal: to compete and enjoy. The Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter is the perfect opportunity to live an unforgettable soccer atmosphere and enjoy a unique experience competing against the best youth teams in the world.
Goazen, Laudioko Otsoak!
