THURSDAY, JUNE 25
- Hotel check-in (please confirm your arrival time). Distribution of tournament documentation, accreditation wristbands and the official Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer gift.
- 6:30 PM: Meeting for coordinators of teams not staying in the official accommodation at the Estadio de la Cerámica square (Gate 21). Distribution of accreditations and the official Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer gift.
- 7:00 PM: Meeting for all participating teams at the Estadio de la Cerámica square.
- 7:00 PM: Exclusive welcome cocktail for accompanying guests*. At the VIP Box of Estadio de la Cerámica (Gate 12).
- 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM: Grand opening ceremony at Estadio de la Cerámica, including the parade of all participating teams and the medal presentation ceremony. Free admission.

FRIDAY, JUNE 26
- Start of the competition. Morning or afternoon schedule (Group Stage).
- Tour of Estadio de la Cerámica. For players, coaching staff and accompanying guests* (Schedule must be confirmed in advance with the tournament staff for either Friday or Saturday).

SÁBADO, 27 de Junio
- Qualification matches. Morning or afternoon schedule (Gold, Silver and Bronze phases).
- Tour of Estadio de la Cerámica. For players, coaching staff and accompanying guests* (Schedule must be confirmed in advance with the tournament staff for either Friday or Saturday).
- 9:30 PM: Leaders’ Dinner** at Estadio de la Cerámica to promote a positive tournament atmosphere (Attendance must be confirmed with the tournament staff on Thursday, June 26).

DOMINGO, 28 de Junio
- Hotel check-out before 10:00 AM. Final Day (Semi-finals and Finals).
- 1:00 PM: Closing ceremony with the presentation of trophies to champions, runners-up, the Top Scorer (Pichichi) award winner and the MVP award winner in all categories, at Pitch 6 of the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground.
