El CA Osasuna will be one more year in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter.
The dean club of Navarre will seek to embody its values in the Villarreal Football Club tournament.
Club Atlético Osasuna, throughout its more than 100 years of history, has been a club that has been committed to the quarry as a key element in its structure and sporting approach. The "rojillos" have always focused their efforts on developing talent from Navarre, betting on players trained in Tajonar who represent the collective effort and commitment to their roots.
Throughout its history, the club's youth academy has produced world-renowned players such as César Azpilicueta, European champion with Chelsea and the Spanish national team, and Raúl García, who played more than 600 games in LaLiga. Several of the current CA Osasuna players have grown up in Tajonar, including Jon Moncayola, Kike Barja and the young Aimar Oroz.
The historic Navarrese seeks for his players to identify with the shield and identity. Osasuna, which means "health","vigor" or "strength" in Basque, reflects the values that the club has championed throughout its history. In a few months, the Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza will be lucky enough to see this identity embodied on the pitch.
¡Aúpa Osasuna!
