Golden Compety Academy will take part in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer with a project focused on creating competitive opportunities for young footballers.

Golden Compety Academy was founded in 2025 with the aim of offering players from the provinces of Girona and Barcelona the opportunity to take part in tournaments and experience football in competitive environments. It is a newly created project that seeks to open new development pathways for young talents within youth football.

The initiative is driven by Golden Ball 2019 SL, a company specialized in organizing sporting events at both national and international level. This foundation allows the academy to structure its activity around experiences that combine competition, learning and coexistence, key elements in the development of players at formative stages.

The project focuses on providing access to these types of experiences for players looking to expand their football journey, offering an environment where they can face new challenges and playing contexts.

Its participation in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer, which will take place from June 25 to 28 across various Villarreal CF venues, represents a first step in its journey. In this international setting, Golden Compety Academy will have the opportunity to begin its competitive path and continue building its identity within youth football.
