Villarreal Masters Academy will take part in the tournament, bringing young Balkan football talents to the Yellow Submarine stage.

Villarreal Masters Academy, from North Macedonia, will be part of the next edition of the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer, further strengthening the international character of the tournament with the presence of young footballers from Eastern Europe.

The project, linked to Villarreal CF’s development methodology, focuses on the growth of players and coaches within a competitive and professional environment. Leading the academy is Darko Glisic, a former footballer with experience at European clubs such as FC Vardar and Dinamo Tbilisi, who also competed in the UEFA Europa League group stage.

Participation in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer will allow the players to experience a high-level environment against teams from different nationalities and playing styles, sharing several days marked by coexistence, learning, and competition.

With this participation, the tournament continues to expand its international reach and consolidate itself as a meeting point for development projects from different parts of the world.
