CD Segorbe will once again be part of the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer, reaffirming its commitment to a tournament that has become an important part of its academy’s competitive journey and has already created unforgettable memories for the club's football family.

Founded more than 80 years ago, the club has established itself as one of the leading grassroots football institutions in the province of Castellón. Today, it boasts around 250 players across its various age groups, training and competing at the excellent facilities of Ciudad Deportiva El Sisterre, one of the sporting landmarks of the Alto Palancia region.

The club also maintains a strong connection with Villarreal CF through the Endavant Futbol Provincial program, a partnership that supports the growth of its youth structure and the development of its young players.

Its return to the Yellow Cup Summer comes at a particularly exciting moment. During the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter this past April, one of Segorbe's teams enjoyed a remarkable campaign and finished as Gold Phase runner-up, a fantastic achievement that filled the entire club with pride and brought the name of Segorbe to the final stages of one of the most competitive youth tournaments in the country.

That success inspired not only the club but also the entire town, which closely followed the journey of its young footballers throughout the competition. Now, CD Segorbe returns to the summer edition determined to continue showcasing the quality of a youth academy that keeps growing year after year and proudly represents the footballing talent of the Alto Palancia region.
