J&J Academy will take part in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer for the first time with a model focused on the individual development of each footballer.
From the Alcalá de Henares area, with roots linked to the Wanda surroundings, J&J Academy continues to make steady progress in consolidating its grassroots football project. The academy is preparing for its debut at the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer, which will take place from June 25 to 28 at different Villarreal CF venues, as part of its ongoing growth and expansion within the youth development landscape.
The academy bases its methodology on individualized player monitoring, combining specific training sessions with participation in tournaments that allow this work to be transferred into a competitive environment. This approach aims to enhance the technical and tactical development of each player, adapting to their needs and encouraging continuous progression throughout their formative years.
At present, the academy has more than 200 players and is currently expanding into different areas such as Cobeña and Alovera, increasing its territorial presence. This growth reflects the consolidation of a model that prioritizes personalized training and continuous improvement within grassroots football.
Its debut at the Villarreal Yellow Cup Summer represents a key opportunity to continue progressing along this path. In an international environment, J&J Academy will be able to test its work against teams from different levels, offering its players a competitive experience that strengthens both their development and their learning within the sport.
